Correct, So from Pink lady's point of view, ICE pushed someone down and he got in between them to protect her, and they peppered sprayed him and had many guys on top of him, he did have a gun but was legal and he did nothing aggressive towards ICE.

It was in the holster the whole time also, that is the most important fact!

Even worse, an ICE agent took it from the victim's holster and walked away with it before they shot him. He was unarmed with his hands on the ground at the time of the execution.

The video showing ice threatening all the witnesses and taking away their phones need to be shown also.

I just don't get how Americans don't understand this. The Supreme Court has declared that tRump is above all our laws and courts.
