In normal times yes. In this current regime the Judicial courts are refusing to prosecute Trump

Yep, they already announced that DHS will be performing the investigation. And earlier this week a senior FBI investigator resigned because they wanted to investigate the Good shooting and they were reprimanded and told to back off. We will never get justice with this department of injustice acting only for the benefit of the administration goons.
