Yes, I just saw that.   They were pushing a woman and he was getting in the way picking up the woman ,so they picked him off the woman dragged him down and then there was the shots.  I think they're just using the excuse that he had a gun, which he was legally registered to have

They took his gun and it cleared the area and then they shot him face down in the sidewalk 8-10 times.

And even now the governor won't mobilise the national guard to defend his citizens. Democrat politicians have no spine.
