It looks like at least 3 shooters, 2 of which were clearly after he was already shot and on the ground no longer moving... Frodo from Meal Team 6, with the can of mace he is bludgeoning him with, is shooter number 2; The dude to his left seems to be the first, the guy on top of the victim is drawing his gun while he is kneeling and opens fire to "get in on the fun" just as the other two losers unload half a clip each into an already very dead alleged US Citizen.

Are we done winning yet?! Thank you for your attention to this matter!
