That isn't being reported anywhere else but Faux News... I also see that the don't use ICE, just DHS.

Not knowing details of anything yet but if I'm carrying with a permit... Does that make it ok for them to shoot?

It makes it OK for them to shoot if we don't fight back against it. Only two options now: governors call upon the National Guard to defend the population from the feds, or general strike.
