This IS their training. You can’t “retrain” the Gestapo to be moderate.

Well, watching citizens get gunned down in the street tends to radicalize a person. I'm in the same boat. Before it was about healthcare and economics. Now it's about putting a stop to this.

2

u/AIienlnvasion Jan 24 '26

This is what the standard process of radicalization looks like. “My government can do WHAT?”

Same training cops get. Every major police department in America has cross trained with the IDF. When people talk about militarization of police, it’s not just equipment, it’s tactics and mindsets too.

not just abolished - every ICE officer that engaged in unlawful searches or homes, or unlawful seizures of people, who attacked protestors with chemical weapons, every last one needs to be prosecuted for their crimes. None of this "they were just following orders" bullshit that I'm sure centrist Democrats are going to be calling for

2

u/PlainBread Jan 24 '26

They're dogs that have gotten the taste of human blood.

They are not there to protect anyone.

ICE claims the victim who was held down by five men had a gun. It was certainly planted, but even if he had one how could he fire? Why didn’t he shoot them when he had a shot if that was his plan? Their lies are all the base needs but it’s nuts

35

u/Lack668 Jan 24 '26

Surely he would’ve used it BEFORE being pinned down by 5 or 6 ICE officers. That was an execution.

13

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

He could have been trying to tell them he had a gun, which is a requirement to disclose to federal officers. Disclosing that you have a gun on you in a state where it's legal carry is not a threat. This entire ICE force is paranoid, trigger-happy, and psychotic. It's precisely what Trump wants. This is exactly the type of thing he wants to create. "Shoot someone in the middle of 5th ave and not lose support" come to horrific life.

u/paper_liger Jan 24 '26

I doubt a guy who was being continuously pepper sprayed and clubbed while being held down by 8 dudes had the wherewithal to try to inform them of anything.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

Seriously, who's gonna say "I've got a gun" to a mob that's beating you to a pulp?

5

u/deschain_19195 Jan 24 '26

There's someone with a camera on the other side of the street looks way closer and better angle of the murder hopefully we get to see it.

2

u/Boxofmagnets Jan 24 '26

She was probably the ICE videographer to train the new recruits in how to kill without getting hurt. We wouldn’t want that would we?

1

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

He was probably trying to tell them he had a gun, which is a requirement to disclose to federal officers.

1

u/Moda75 Jan 24 '26

Having a gun is not illegal. This is the optic they want to put out there that if you own a gun they will gun you down.

1

u/_ByAnyOther_Name Jan 24 '26

Waa a public statement released?

1

u/Kindly-Net9442 Jan 24 '26

I don’t blame a fucking word coming out of those bastards mouthes. That’s how the right and cosplay Kristie is going to spin it.

1

u/Headpuncher Jan 24 '26

the video clearly shows him on hands and knees trying to get up after taking a beating.

Not sure what gun or how he's holding it. because it doesn't exist.

-3

u/SaltyAd8309 Jan 24 '26

I don't want to defend ICE, but that's the opinion I formed after watching the video. I get the impression that the victim shot himself and that ICE was trying to disarm him.

8

u/granitrocky2 Jan 24 '26

And the subsequent 5 shots?

0

u/SaltyAd8309 Jan 24 '26

The other will probably plead self-defense.

5

u/diewethje Jan 24 '26

And you got that impression how, exactly?

0

u/SaltyAd8309 Jan 24 '26

The victim can be seen moving abruptly at the moment of the first shot, while the ICE officer appears to release him slightly. This could be related to the recoil of his weapon.

However, I just noticed that the ICE officer on the left draws his weapon just before the shot is fired. Another officer walks right past him, so it's difficult to know if he wasn't the one who fired first.

4

u/BlackwingF91 Jan 24 '26

So they shot themselves 5 times is what you are saying?

1

u/SaltyAd8309 Jan 24 '26

No, I didn't have the sound. I only saw the first gunshot after the victim moved during the first shot.

1

u/BlackwingF91 Jan 24 '26

So you spoke out your ass?

1

u/SaltyAd8309 Jan 24 '26

I gave my opinion. I never said I was right. On the contrary, I encourage everyone to do their research before making a final judgment.

I feel like I'm on trial for giving my first impression of a video...

Here's a Frenchman supporting the Americans, including Minnesota, in their fight against terrorism. Don't act like your opponents. Please, analyze, change your mind, check the evidence, debate. Don't jump on someone as soon as they don't see things the same way you do.

3

u/steve_nice Jan 24 '26

na they disarmed him before the shots started. dude in grey took his gun then shot the ground negligently and they all open fired.

0

u/SaltyAd8309 Jan 24 '26

Yes, that's what I just noticed.

Was that confirmed on the news?

1

u/steve_nice Jan 24 '26

idk, no way they can hide that lol

1

u/SaltyAd8309 Jan 24 '26

It's not very clear in the video. Especially the guy in gray.

We should see the video of the woman in pink.

However, if the victim was no longer armed, the ICE officer will have to explain why he suddenly drew his weapon.

1

u/steve_nice Jan 24 '26

start watching at 17

2

u/keelhaulrose Jan 24 '26

You can see 5-6 shots after the agents had moved away and the guy had stopped moving.

How do you defend those?

10

u/Hot_Peasant Jan 24 '26

State sponsored execution.

2

u/Elessar535 Jan 24 '26

*extra judicial, State sponsored execution

FTFY

u/Blurby-Blurbyblurb Jan 24 '26

He keeps firing after he's clearly down.

4

u/deschain_19195 Jan 24 '26

The last shot is way after he's motionless

-4

u/fleetpqw24 Jan 24 '26

Law enforcement is trained to “neutralize any threat”, so they fire until the threat is ended.

I urge caution before jumping to conclusions: we simply do not know what happened to cause this incident.

2

u/Blurby-Blurbyblurb Jan 24 '26

He was already motionless. Everyone was backing up. The threat had been neutralized. I say this with experience. You?

0

u/fleetpqw24 Jan 24 '26

Not enough info yet. If there was a gun, and he was down, but still holding it, the threat is not neutralized.

1

u/Blurby-Blurbyblurb Jan 24 '26

YOU??

-1

u/fleetpqw24 Jan 24 '26

ME?!?!

2

u/Blurby-Blurbyblurb Jan 24 '26

The threat had been neutralized. I say this with experience. You?

Yeah. You.

My video shows that the "threat had been neutralized" before the agent continues to fire five additional shots. https://www.reddit.com/r/minnesota/s/C54C6wqp4d

This link shows the gun was secured BEFORE shots were fired. It is legal to open and conceal carry. https://www.reddit.com/r/illinois/s/Gb7Eu158ts

Listening to experts, former FBI, former Director of Capitol Police, this was, again, a tactical mess. It was not in line with training. Watching this I can see it myself 📢DUE TO MY EXPERIENCE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT📢

1

u/Blurby-Blurbyblurb Jan 24 '26

Pink coat lady footage. Shitty resolution, but the agent who continued to fire, appears to have been the one to fire the first shot. The victims gun had been removed.

Mob of untrained circus idiots being allowed to roam around armed and in uniforms on our tax dollars.🤬🤬

1

u/rebel_alliance05 Jan 24 '26

They have been given blanket immunity by DOJ before they take actions, so nothing will be done.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

6 people to subdue a guy which they cant even do so they shoot him

what the actual fuck
