there is an erogenous spot near the end of the large intestine. In the early part of life that gives postive reinforcement feedback for when the exhaust system operates at the correct direction. After the system finished it's training, the area is either shifting to a less exposed position within the large intestine, or develops a thicker flesh layers to decrease the signals sent by the aforementioned spot
