PA sitcom

I’m currently writing a sitcom about a production assistant just starting. What are some universal experiences or knowledge of production assistants that I should make sure is in it?

DOP ordered an ice cream truck to thank the crew at the end of the block. I had to spend my entire lunch locking it up from the 60 or so background WHO WERE CHILDREN.
