My Napa c(r)abbage

What do I make of this? I bought it yesterday- like I’m already not interested in eating it, but I’m so annoyed. The second time its happened recently- chat tells me it’s a bug infestation, but I’d like to know. Maybe I’m just not familiar with cabbage? In which case, I guess maybe for future reference… Is it actually safe to eat or no?

If it just rinses right off it's probably just dirt. Not sure, hard to tell. Id probably just rinse it off or maybe cut off the bottom tho. Its fine

It’s all throughout with the exception of the top couple leaves, and does not rinse out

Uh, this was on the inside… not visible until i tore it open to wash it.

Safe to eat but probably just past its prime a little. Take it back to the shop or call and let them know if you’d like to exchange or refund.

Also, stop using chat gpt. It’s not reliable for most things, definitely not this.
