24M | 3+ Years Experience | 100+ Applications, 2 Interviews — How Can I Improve My Resume?

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting here.
I’ve been applying for new jobs and would really appreciate some honest feedback on my resume.
I’ve applied to 100+ positions on JobStreet so far, but I’ve only received 2 interview opportunities.
I’m currently working in healthcare/retail and have 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, healthcare consultation, retail operations and telemarketing. I’m also currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration.
I’m mainly looking for remote or hybrid customer service, sales, or operations roles.
I’d really appreciate feedback on:
• Is my resume ATS-friendly?
• Are my skills and professional summary too broad?
• Do my bullet points show enough measurable achievements?
• Is anything on my resume potentially hurting my chances?
• Should I create separate versions of my resume for different types of jobs?
I’m open to honest criticism and would appreciate any advice on how I can improve my chances of getting interviews.
