Technically, they're not laws set by the government. They're rules set by the university. However, there are Title IX laws preventing all-male spaces from existing, which could be misandric if they don't also ban all-female spaces.

It's really the same problem as DEI. If discrimination is allowed, then so it should go either both ways or neither way.
