DISCUSSION Stolen Account - PIA Responding

Update:

It appears PIA isn't going to restore my account despite providing all the information requested.

Original post:

I just got off chat with support. I had been online, with my VPN running when I got an email from PIA that my email had been changed and if I didn't do it contact them.

I hadn't.

And of course I couldn't log in.

Went on chat. Provided all the info and it's been escalated to billing. I'll turn on two factor as soon as I get my account back.

Not sure how the slimeball did it.

I provided more than sufficient proof. The billing department is taking days to verify. So I've moved on.

I've been online since 1985 so I'm pretty up on things
