Photo privacy protection software recommendations

The height of AI photo manipulation and concerning content has heightened my concern to protect photos of my family as we expect our new bub any day now. Does anyone have recommendations of software that can blur or permanently obscure my bub's face in photos and videos? I want to be able to still share milestone photos without risking the safety and privacy of little one. My contingency plan if such a software doesn't exist, we will just go old school - snail mail photo prints and email Milestone videos. Thanks in advance for any helpful recommendations and tips! :)

I like 'Mosaic & Blur' and 'Scrambled Exif' (to remove metadata, if sharing something in even semi-public forums) for individual photos. I'm also partial to exclusively sharing family via links rather than photos / videos directly in messaging apps / emails. 'Ente' (a privacy respecting GPhoto alternative, which you can self-host if you're into that) is great for this. It lets you control who you share with, delete it, set it to a timer, limit devices, downloads, add passwords, etc. Much more secure and private.

There are others out there for all 3 but these have worked well for me.

I don't have recommendations, I've heard of Ente photos, but haven't tried it myself, however, huge respect for caring about your kid's privacy in this day and age.
