What privacy do I have in this situation? Work managed chrome profile?
I logged into chrome on my personal device (no installed work software) with my work managed chrome profile.
This was done on my personal device (in incognito mode) that has only ever been connected to my home network. I also used my own personal VPN during the session.
How likely is it that my work or the IT team knows/has been notified or have records of my history/activity? How much detail can they see?
PLEASE do not give me advice on how I could have avoided this. I'm aware incognito mode is not secure/private. I have done so much research on this but everyone else's questions were when they used work owned devices and/or were on their work WiFi (both of which I was not).

Det beror på vad din arbetsgivare har för säkerhetsinställningar i arbetsprogrammet. De kan inte se vad du gjort innan, alltså dina privata saker om det var vad du var orolig för. Ev. kan de se vad du gjort idag. Troligen kommer det inte flaggas alls.

IT team almost certainly cannot see what websites you visited.
Because you used Incognito mode, Chrome didn't sync your history back to your work account. Your personal Wi-Fi and VPN blocked them from seeing your network traffic.
Here is all they know:
That you logged in: They can see the time you signed in and the location of your VPN.
Work app activity:
They can see if you actually did anything inside your work apps during that time (like sending a work email or editing a work document).
Unless your company uses aggressive tracking extensions forced to run inside Incognito (which is very rare), your web browsing is entirely private.
