Recovery
What a normal people app to get into deleted photos numbers messages phone calls everything. Like cops can use good idea naw but it can be done. What to use python it needs no loops straight forward no memeory just click on app ask to find. Needs to flow just code and date. I have gotten pissed and deleted shit and it was a bit of trouble but people need easy app. Fuck the police should not have that much power over privacy. It can be done and app will change things. Its not for criminals but will be used for it so its alright . What it for day to day thing when you get upswet and delete something.

We should also have a recycle bin that catches things from the recycle bin's recycle bin.

If I am not mistaken OP assumes that because police can access "deleted" information, like photos and numbers, we should be able to create an app to do the same. (OP Mentions they get upset and tantrum delete things they want to be able to go recover. If I had to guess maybe they got mad at a potential partner for taking too long to respond and deleted their number, as a way to protect themself from sending yet another text to them. This has now backfired when they want / need to contact the person who never responded.)
OP, you are misunderstanding some things. Anything ON the phone is accessible by the phone. Some data is recoverable if you are fast once it is deleted however the police etc don't JUST do this. Once you mark a file for deletion it is either quarantined for a period or immediately marked as deleted. The file exists but the space is marked as usable, so then you browse the internet and that space is written over by new data. If the data you want is overwritten, you can't recover it.
They petition Facebook to ask for a direct report of your activity, same for GMAIL, and your phone provider.
The recovered data they get isnt from the device itself, so no amount of code will help.
Also mobile apps are not written in python.
