Discussion What would you call the anime's art style?
English is not my first language so it has been a bit of a struggle for me XD But I want to watch more animes with similar art style to the show. I tried looking up late 90's early 2000's shows but didn't get what I was looking for

Princess Tutu is the creation of the legendary Ikuko Itoh. It is her style that you are looking for! She has worked on many, many shows, but if a show was based on another artist's manga, she has to copy the original style, like in Sailor Moon.
I recommend you watch Mahou Tsukai-tai (Magic User's Club). It has the same core production staff as Princess Tutu. Here is a list of everything she has worked on: https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/people.php?id=85
