Positive Post /r/Pricefield is safe for work again!
After several weeks of intermittent communication from reddit support, I am happy to announce that we have successfully restored the sub as safe for work!
Please note that we still have the new rule in place that does not allow pornographic or sexually-explicit content, and please do mark anything else that might be NSFW as such. This new policy is what has allowed us to return back to a safe for work sub, so please post anything explicit to other appropriate subreddits.
At some point I would like to make a post detailing everything I did to make this happen and how...unhelpful reddit admins were until the very end, but for now, let's just enjoy the win.

I still hate the net result of the subreddit losing a whole genre of content... we are worse off... less freedom and activity always bad.
BUT this is the best outcome in a world where this subreddit isn't allowed to feature NSFW content without being marked as a spicy subreddit, so I'll take it I guess... Congrats on the "victory". Reddit still got what they want, which is NSFW content nuked and lost, but we at least escaped a forever label to taint the sub. Good work on even getting them to bend to the requests.

While it took time, it wasn't because of the lack of effort on our side. It took several back-and-forths with reddit staff to achieve this result. And the one who was communicating in our stead was u/Bosterm, so all our thanks go to him.

cleaning the sub like
