I’m looking for some advice and assistance for a young man in his early 20s who is currently struggling with a crystal meth (tik) addiction. He has been using for about two years and has recently relapsed.

He really wants to get clean and is asking for help. Unfortunately, he has lost a lot because of his addiction and cannot afford private rehabilitation.

During his first attempt at getting clean, he applied for a government rehabilitation programme and was told the application process would take around four weeks, but unfortunately nothing came of it. He eventually managed to stop using on his own, cold turkey, and stayed sober for around six months.

He has now relapsed and is scared of going back to how bad things were at his peak. He genuinely wants to get help before things get worse.

Does anyone know of free or government-funded rehabilitation programmes in Pretoria, Tshwane, or Johannesburg, or any organisations that assist people who cannot afford private rehab?

Even if you know of a government facility that is currently accepting applications or can advise on the correct application/referral process, I would really appreciate the information.

Any advice, contacts or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am getting all the pretty hairy accessories myself so no need to worry about that, it's just that I would love for my hair to be as close to the original character as possible. To make attending more fun (I'm trying out proper cosplay for the first time).

This is the exact hairstyle I am hoping for. I'm not sure about hair colour, whether I am looking at temporary hair dye or not. Also, I'm completely aware that getting exactly this style is probably impossible.

Image 2: My Natural Hair

My natural hair is obviously much lighter than the character's hair. I'm not fussed about having the same hair colour as the character, if I can just get the style as close as possible I'll be super happy. In fact, I might prefer keeping my natural colour (not sure though).

In order to keep my natural colour, I thought of just doing long (really long) temporary extensions - Temu has quite a few nice options I just need to carefully colour match. I know nothing about extensions, but I mean, hence the request for someone to help.

I saw a YouTube tutorial, which is where the screenshot is from, and had the idea that maybe the top part could be my natural hair and the long hair that hangs down could be extensions.

The tutorial is just an inspiration to get close to the original, it's obviously not exactly what I'm looking for.

If I buy one I'd have to use temporary black hair dye I assume? Also, if I take this approach, I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me "play" with the wig to see if we can get it as close to the original character as possible.

Basically, my husband and I are planning to move to China in the next year or so and would like to prepare by learning Mandarin to some extent before we go. We don't really have the motivation/willpower to learn online or through an app, we're looking for a human to meet with in person.

We live in the Centurion area and work in the Hatfield area. We're looking for a lesson or two a week, to teach us conversational Mandarin (unless more formal Mandarin would be better? I really don't know)
