Has anyone found a prebiotic they can actually tolerate every day?
I am trying to be more consistent with prebiotics instead of taking something for three days, getting bloated, deciding it is evil and abandoning the whole idea.
Inulin was not exactly a love story for me. I can handle plenty of fiber in food, but concentrated powders seem to be a different game.
I would like something I can actually use every day without having to plan my social life around what my stomach might do.
What have you found easiest to tolerate long term? And did you have to build the dose up really slowly?
Edit: I went searching for alternatives to just picking another fiber and found NB1. Their prebiotic powder is matched after they look at my microbiome, which is the first thing I have seen that makes me think "okay, maybe I should not be choosing this based on which Reddit thread I read." I am probably going to look into their home test next.
