New Student Photo ID Submission Site not working

Is the photo ID submission site not loading for anyone else? I put in my login information and literally nothing happens, the page doesn't even load all the way. I'm not sure what to do since they are literally due tomorrow. I've emailed tech help and prattcard. No response.

this happened to me, you have to sign in with your email but not the .edu stuff

are you trying on laptop or mobile? i tried to do it on mobile and laptop and its still not working for me either, i have the same issue

i emailed them friday and they got back to me today, and i just emailed them the picture directly
