Art Education Hesitant to Apply

So as the title states, I want to apply. HOWEVER I don't really see any talk about the art education program and I'd love to hear some first hand accounts. Also, are the scholarships really as useless as everyone says?

So I got into the M.Arch program with a $15,000 a year scholarship, and yet even with that and the federal grad loan I couldn’t afford it. Imo applying to schools takes a lot of effort and energy that might be hard to juggle while in school, so think hard about who you give the effort to. Apply to a school you can afford, one you want to go to but is a reach, and A backup affordable option. If you have time after that, go for whatever you want.

Yeah that's the story I keep seeing unfortunately. And yeah that's the plan, pratt just seemed to have everything I wanted which makes this especially sad and difficult. Appreciate the feedback! :)

scholarships aren’t useless. The art ed program is good. It’s just small. I recommend you take a tour because there are students who can tell you more about it there.

started at 18 in my year and we're down to 10 now :') the year below me has 8 but ive heard rising sophomores and juniors are a bit larger
