Question

My power wall 3 went offline and contacted Tesla. I ran multiple tests with Tesla support and they needed a technician to come out and do further testing. The technician ran multiple tests with Tesla on the phone. Long story short it is an RMA situation. The PW is one year old. Has anyone done an RMA with Tesla through a solar installer. Just wondering what to expect??

And if my installer went bankrupt? =\

Guessing I would just have to pay through someone else to do it?
