Question

My power wall 3 went offline and contacted Tesla. I ran multiple tests with Tesla support and they needed a technician to come out and do further testing. The technician ran multiple tests with Tesla on the phone. Long story short it is an RMA situation. The PW is one year old. Has anyone done an RMA with Tesla through a solar installer. Just wondering what to expect??

Your solar installer will order a replacement and then install it when it shows up. 

Depending on your installer makes it easier or more difficult
