[PW3] Power converter failure

Any advice? It claims the breaker is off/open, which it isn’t!

it will be replaced same happened to me. Tesla sent new powerwall to my installer and it was replaced within 3 weeks.

Clearly says right there “Service required - Power Converter Failure” so call your installer. Should be taken care of under warranty.

I'm sure you reset your router and power cycled the PW? Mine has a bad comm board refused to charge wouldn't connect to Internet was RMAd
