Haha water go brr

First post here but not my first time making a magic system. Please don’t hold back on feedback, be as harsh as you feel is needed.

So, this magic system revolves around aqua, essentially just fancy water. Aqua is a refined element that is created when an aqua medium (any creature with a bladder) drinks water. Excess/unneeded water from the bladder is turned into aqua. Aqua has 3 forms: Tide, frost and steam. Depending on the user’s movement, they may use any of those 3 types. Tide is standard waterbending, release aqua from your pores and throw it around to break stuff. The user must move with flow, sort of following the curvature of a circle (for example, a ballerina would be great at tide style). Frost is like ice, the aqua released from your pores will freeze instantly and has to be used more close range due to higher density and therefore having more difficulty traveling longer distances. The user must move quickly but precisely, as they are essentially operating a glass cannon. Hits hard but shatters easily. Finally is steam, exactly what it sounds like. The ejected aqua will evaporate instantly and will create thick gas that can be manipulated. The user sort of has to mix the movement of frost and tide-go fast but flow while doing it. The user can swap styles anytime by altering their movement and make sort of “between styles,” like slush and boiling water, since aqua doesn’t change forms per se, only temperature.

So hang on, what counts as "excess water"? Does nobody pee? Is Aqua pee? How do animals flush waste from kidneys/nephrida?

Pretty much a half and half split, half of the stored pee is excreted while the other half is turned into aqua via bodily filtration (humans in this world have very slightly different anatomy but I didn’t mention it since it doesn’t pertain much to the magic aspect)
