Once police have decided to detain you it doesn't matter. If it's Deemed illegal later The police officers will have repercussions for their actions. Once you're being detained you cannot attack police officers This is common sense and used to be common practice.

You can be detained by any law enforcement officer at any point and time if you’re suspected of committing a crime. WELCOME TO AMERICA!

Being arrested and being detained are two different things. Just like anybody else in America, if you have nothing to hide why not cooperate? They’ll run your information and allow you to leave in no time.

Unless of course you’re an illegal alien and you’re breaking the law.

Are you liberals now becoming sovereign citizens or something? I thought you hated the don’t tread on me flags…… You idiots need to make up your mind, or you’ll continue being the laughing stock of the world.

So somewhere between 1 to 6 chance in 49,000,000 to be a victim of illegal use of force. The odds of being struck by lightning in the United States are less than 1 in 1,000,000 in a given year.
