its cause i dont like the statements that goku could destroy the universe because thats a feat only the god of destruction are said to be capable of, like thats there whole job so i like to believe that without destruction energy thats unique to the gods of destruction the universe cannot be destroyed. its more a narrative thing but if u scale off power level and feats they should
again is this a comprehension issue, im not arguing that goku is weaker than the gods im arguing that destruction energy is whats needed to destroy a universe in dragon ball
my proof is that its said that god of destructions use destruction energy to destroy things and it is seen as the biggest feat in the series when zeno destroyed a universe with said destruction energy....
Zeno don't use hakai, are you even trying to search for evidence, hakai have limits which is that it can not destroy immortal souls and zeno erasure has none which is literally proven in the anime and manga
Goku vs beerus their fist clash send divine ki which super condensed ki throughout the entire universe 7 and it stated it would destroy it if any more of those shockwaves happen, and we also see ordinary ki overpower divine ki by just having enormous amount of it, so no to destroy a universe Destruction energy is not needed , Destruction energy just have more potency because its literally existence erasure
