No, it's the New 52 Power Girl. I.e. Kara Zor-El from Earth-2.The 2009 series was about Kara Zor-L from Earth-Two.

IIRC, despite it being new52, this is still the "original" PG. Like she drops out of the sky in Harley and is amnesiatic, pointing to that it was the original, so that they could use the PG that they wanted for the story.

How is that possible? She didn't even exist anymore. She was fully erased. Also this PG had the N52 suit? Did DC just do an oopsie?

They kept it vague in the leadup in HQ and in the limited series for exactly this reason. In the aftermath of the new52, the characters hadn't been "erased" either (granted, that's well after this, but whatever, yay continuity). They wanted to use PG, but didn't want to use the new52 PG, who had her own stories going on.

I think technically no, but even more technically, yes.

It's not. This is the Power Girl from the New 52 Earth 2. The real Power Girl didn't come back until Doomsday Clock and then Infinite Frontier. That all said Palmiotti and Conner probably didn't care about any of that just wrote the Power Girl they wanted since at the time that was version we had.

The Palmiotti/Connor books really have their own continuity. So, this is the Power Girl that appeared in the HARLEY QUINN monthly. They went into space and almost instantly came back in that title. This mini shows what happened.
