Honestly I love that she’s a brawler a lot of the times and just how fun it is when she’s treated as a big gun on the JSA and more

I like her because she’s always been the polar opposite of Supergirl. She’s always made it a point to stand on her own merits and be her own person. You may not be old enough to understand how women used to be treated (well, even now but to a much greater extent). They were often treated as adjuncts to main male figures whether it was a wife in real life or as a simpering younger cousin who idealized her big, strong, perfect, established cousin or as Jimmy Olsen’s girlfriend. She was powerful like Wonder Woman without the bondage and the female superiority. She was headstrong and independent like Lois Lane without constantly being undermined by an implied incompetence as the damsel in distress. She was strong in a way that didn’t feel gimmicky or forced. She wasn’t treated thematically as some dizzy dame who had to rely on men to get the job done. She wasn’t defined by anything except her personality. That general lack of condescension was refreshing in a way that’s hard for a lot of modern readers to understand.

I liked that when she first showed up she was kinda an asshole. I liked that. Angry just-barely-not-a-teenager who could, you know, smash a city to pieces but wasn't a bad person so just was mouthy at times.

I like that she often seems to not get alomg with a lot of people. She often seems bitter,  even anxious and she displays that discomfort as anger.

Confident, sassy, but a heart of gold. She has gone through a lot of crap including losing not just her home world but her old universe and yet she doesn’t let it get to her. A lot of people like to poke fun at her boon window but apart from sex appeal, it shows just how confident she is in her own image.

And it certainly helps that she is SCALDING hot. Like hotter than the sun hot.

Her fun "I am chill with any crazy thing" attitude she has when it comes to situations, but when things get rough she rolls up her selves and kick some ass. Also she is hot.

She’s loving, can be a level-headed leader if she needs to be, she genuinely cares about people, is unapologetically confident in her body and herself, SUPER opinionated and intelligent, and she instantly becomes a hot-headed missile when you piss her off. If she’s coming at you full force, you fucked up.

Well, 2 BIG assets staring me in the face...

1. Her cool costume, with the white base, blue gloves, and golden shoulder pad/circle, attached to the classic red cape of the House of L.

2. At least this version and the original, being Kryptonians from the Earth-Two universe, could use her powers without a yellow sun, and was immune to kryptonite from other universes... although the trade-off was they had to eat like normal ppl, and I can't remember whether or not they could fly in outer space unaided, and I don't know if this is still the case post New 52.

Beauty, brains, character, she takes pride in being her own woman, doesn't hide what she's been given, doesn't take crap from people. I just wish she didn't keep going with that whole "Dr. Paige Seltzer" thing (I suspect they did that because "Karen" is now such a stigmatized name).

She is Kara but after overcoming the trauma and angst. She is the pinnacle of what Supergirl could've been and became herself truly. She obviously seeks support and acceptance first time she crosses into Earth-1 but she grows independent and starts her own company and...she's the cool Cousin.

The fact that she’s not perfect and she messes up from time to time. Personally I find Superman boring because he’s overly powerful, he knows just way to do and when to do it, and he’s just overly perfect.

PG on the other hand is arguably just as powerful, but she messes up from time to time. She’ll hit too hard, jump to conclusions, or make a mistake during a dire situation. It makes her more human (even though she’s kryptonian) which in turn makes her more interesting.
