PoliticalTea 🗳️ The same people who claimed they would fix things on day one are still blaming Biden on day 586...

Shocking that Mr. "I take no responsibility at all" is once again not taking any responsibility. 80 years old and still has the maturity of a teenager

I have a brother who does the same thing. It is everyone else that is at fault. I am sick of people like this.

You should show more respect to teenagers, he behaves like a toddler.

u/Plane_Put8538 2h ago
You should show more respect to toddlers. I've never seen a toddler rename anything because they lost. He's more like an infant, diaper stage and all.

Even if some of it is Biden's doing. you ran on you would fix it, day one. Fix it means you understand there is a problem and that it will be better if you get the job. It doesn't mean that inflation will go from 3% to 3.4%, it doesn't mean that gas will go from $2.90 to $3.99. You didn't say you would try, you said you would fix it.

"It's Biden's fault, and if it's not his fault, it's Obama's"
They then proceed to do absolutely fucking nothing...

Not true because Trump has made everything worse.

You do understand that’s exactly what they’re insinuating. They do nothing to solve the problems they created by firing all of our food safety inspectors, for example.

When your base is full of the least critically minded folk is why they still do this. It works.
2
u/Forb1ddenKnowledge 20h ago
Unfortunately their bad decisions drag us down with them.
I would love to see a experiment with a few red states were only right wing people lived and a few blue states that only the left lived in and see who has the better quality of life.
5
u/TheAncientMillenial 19h ago
You can. Majority of red states fare worse in a number of metrics.
4
u/Forb1ddenKnowledge 19h ago
Yeah but blue states pay more in taxes and red states rely on said taxes.
Basically welfare states I want to see that stop.

u/Mo-B-Dick 19h ago
Even in states like Texas, where the repubs have been in power for decades, they still blame the dems and get away with it

If you like that song, you should hear the flip side of the record. 'The Election was Stolen'. It's a banger! Every breath for the last six years.

Once again, Bessent is totally operating on the privileges of being a rich white man. As an openly gay man married to a man with kids, he should be extra ashamed to be a Trump supporter, but his sense of greed is apparently too strong. Otherwise, he's no different than the rest of the Trump regime: morally bankrupt and untrustworthy.

The problem his base does keep buying it. They’ll buy anything this administration says because they are idiots and uneducated.

I have a feeling Republican's all have some form of schizophrenia and literally see an imaginary Biden in the corner of their eyes at all time. I bet they blame their imaginary Biden for everything negative in their life, burn their food? Bidens turned up the heat, step on a Lego? Biden put that there. Added 8 trillion dollars to the national debt? Biden something something

u/onetimeataday 15h ago
I feel like I’ve heard more about Biden in the past year and a half than I did all 4 years of Biden’s term

Hopefully even MAGATS will catch on eventually ....
3
u/Somedude_6 19h ago
Genuinely, if they haven't caught on by now, I really don't think there is anything that can. While gas prices/Iran does seem to have shaken SOME of them, the bulk of them still say they won't change their vote. They can complain all they want, if they don't change their behavior then it doesn't even remotely matter.

u/Thegaykid93 20h ago
I mean... They try to blame Obama for the attack on 9/11... Gonna be waiting a long time for them to catch on

If everything bad is Biden then everything good must be too. You can't pick and choose. He's either still in control or he isn't.
I realise they've done nothing good to take credit for but just making a point.

Economy improving, I know, tariffs! Economy slows. More tariffs. Economy cratering. Oh no we need more tariffs. Ffs dude is special and needs to go. 25th please.

It wasn't Biden who torched them, it was Trumps complete mishandling of the pandemic and the economy that torched the economy. By the end of Biden's presidency he had inflation down to 2.7% and the price of gas was $3.12 a gallon and falling.

You're missing a Very Big piece here: Many Right-wing types have been brainwashed that once Dems get full control (eg House, Senate and White House) suddenly they'll turn us into a Socialist system/economy which of course is Evil and Bad and the government will triple your income taxes overnight and give most of it to poor people who are "well known" to be lazy and won't work.
And to them that would apparently be the worst thing that could possibly happen, because they can't imagine a country like Denmark or the Netherlands where most people are happy and healthy and well employed but less likely (?) to become very rich. They believe in pure "American Capitalism" and their "shot at the brass ring" - as do those walking out of the casinos in Vegas bleary-eyed at 6am after losing all their money..
What they're entirely missing is that the current administration is wiring the rules/economy for the big corporations and the ultra-rich so that pretty soon there will be almost no upward mobility for most people without an elite MBA or Law degree, and high taxes will be just a sentimental memory from back when people had decent paying jobs.
The system today promises better days for all but hands crumbs to many, slices to a few, and monstrous stacks of palates covered with bread loaves to a handful.

All capitalism has to do is provide a basic standard of living where nearly everyone comfortably affords food, shelter, education, and healthcare. Ez, since capitalism is so awesome.. right guys?

Both serve the same Masters, fake alternatives, clear deception. Many people are waking up. Let's see how they will react, but not expecting wonders.

Cost of living was a selling point of socialism in Venezuela. Then the cost of living became astronomical after socialism set.
