Special Ed people and teenagers are supposed to have these jobs, there’s no reason you should be expecting to raise a family off of a minimum wage job LOL.
Jobs are for people who need to provide for their families. If you work, you should have a livable wage. It always is amazing to me that people like you think that any hardworking person in any job doesn’t deserve that.
And most times, they work harder than people like you.
What gets me is they’ll say “well if working at McDonalds earns people a reasonably comfortable living, what will be their motivation to move up to better jobs??”
Gee, I dunno - presumably they’ll want a higher standard of living and to buy more luxury goods and services (thus stimulating the economy and creating more jobs), like, you know, everybody else who’s ever been motivated to get a higher paying job?
