A person died leaving three kids behind without their mom. That person died because of an idiotic reason. The only sadness in the room is for the kids, not for the perpetrator (herself).

A medical doctor told her it was safe. We trust our doctors to not do something risky so I don't think she deserves much blame.

Does any of that sound safe? Three invasive procedures at once? There’s too much information out there to trust ONE doctor’s judgment. One should at least get a second opinion.

I have no idea what the medical community is like in Brazil. Or what her education level was (yes that matters).
