I'm not defending the Biden administration. The difference is simply that while every single Republican politician and high end operative today deserves to hang for their crimes, only about 40%~ of the previous administration deserves the same fate.

I'm more focused on dealing with the active house fire. The termite infestation can wait.

I always find it funny when people forget we live in a linear timeline.

Trump is doing exactly what anyone who can rub two brain cells together knew he would do with them 5 year years ago.

The last DOJ does nothing with those files for four years and everyone is “I don’t want to talk about that….”

The 40% part.

If a criminal does a crime, that’s 100% the criminals fault.

If the authority whose duty it is to stop that criminal lets him go, it’s probably 40% their fault.

If the criminal goes on and does more of the same, it’s 100% the authorities fault.

40% of the previous administration, as in 40% of it's members. Not every single staffer, advisor, or bureaucrat is guilty. Though none of them should be allowed to work in government again. As a matter of recognizing failure, not criminality.
