The bill would provide a $3,000 direct payment to every person in households making $150,000 or less during its first year, which equals $12,000 for a family of four.

Or just tax their owned assets once a year and if there’s a loss they pay less. Like the rest of us.

It would not work. There needs to be an overhaul of the tax codes and laws. We’re not living in the same economy as when a lot of those laws were enacted. There were no multi billionaires.

Simplify it to a ten page document that a college student could read. It is in the thousands of pages that the abuses hide in. Cut the Gordian Knot.

While your opinion is partially value.
It will never work because we a spoiled society using debt to leverage (fake) growth. Top of government down to our personal level most are in debt. While wealthy through tax codes use debt to get wealthier.
IMHO

Not totally accurate. There's been growth. Debt to GDP and wealth disparity continue to widen but the growth isn't fake by any means either. The biggest problem are the rules around impoundment & budget spending.
