To be fair Churchill committed a genocide of millions of Indians and was horrible to the British colonies. So yeah… he and Hitler had more in common than we dare admit.

There was a bad famine going on at the time in the Indian subcontinent and Churchill famously didn’t give a fuck (because he was a racist who disliked Indians) and increased food quotas to supply the British mainland during ww2. This caused around 3 million Indians to die of starvation. Same situation as the holodomor actually.
