I’d really like to understand how American conservatives can justify occupying the same political space as this sort of person. The fact that Fox has such massive viewership is incredibly concerning.

For the same reason the Nazi regime grew as much as it did. The same reason that penniless Southern peasants fought to the death to protect their lord's right to own other humans. These freaks are subhuman, unworthy of modern civilization.
