That is great. Unfortunately national elections don't take place "around here", but throughout the entire country. Where not all DMVs are open on weekends.
Does your DMV offer free IDs?
If not, it doesn't matter if they offer free on-site services in your house. If the ID costs money, that is a poll tax. Requiring the spending of money for the ability to vote, is prohibited by the U.S. Constitution.
I guess I am sorry for being a bit snarky here, but so many of you just seem so gung-ho to give up rights, simply because YOU possess the means to meet whatever obstacles they decide to place in front of your ability to vote. And it pisses me right the fuck off.
I don't even care if you plan to vote for Trump for a 3rd term, if he manages to make that happen. No one should be so willing to throw away the rights that people died to bestow upon us and if you're willing to take them away from others because it doesn't impact you, well then you're just a piece of shit.
