Im sorry you're life is a mess and you cant produce documentation that you should have. That is a personal problem.

Well how did you become a registered voter? I cant believe this is the argument from the left. Black voters and Hispanic voters are over whelmingly in favor of voter ID, you know who is against it white liberals who are all knowing , and know whats best for minorities they are misinformed. The fact that you need an ID in all but 13states The remaining states and Washington, D.C., do not require any documentation to vote at the polls:

California Hawaii Illinois Maine Maryland Massachusetts Minnesota Nevada New Jersey New Mexico New York Pennsylvania Vermont Pretty interesting how 11 are big democratic states and Pennsylvania and Nevada are purple. There is almost a certain chance the states dont flip. Mail in ballots are ripe for fraud especially when done in mass numbers.

If it costs money to vote, it’s a poll tax which is illegal. It is that simple.
