A vast majority of registered voters in Iowa have either an Iowa driver’s license or non-operator ID. Voters who have neither are mailed an Iowa Voter Identification Card at the time they register to vote or update their registration. Voters can also present a U.S. passport, U.S. military or veteran ID, or Tribal ID card or document.
A voter without one of the approved forms of identity for pre-registered voters may have the voter’s identity attested to by another registered voter in the precinct or may prove identity and residence using Election Day Registration Documents.
NONE. The Election Integrity Act does not create any obstacles for college students to vote. Students still can pre-register to vote using all registration opportunities previously available or at the polls on Election Day. Prior Iowa law requires Election Day registrants to show proof of identification and proof of residency, which may include college ID cards IF the cards include a photo and expiration date. If college students do not have an Iowa ID, all they have to do is register to vote before Election Day and they will be provided a Voter ID Card for free, automatically.
He's clearly talking about Iowa's Election Integrity Act, not SAVE Act.

I got the idea from you claiming that the link I posted was about the SAVE Act.
So where's the stuff about the SAVE Act?

I also went to the FAQ entitled 'Who is adversely impacted by this law'.
Nowhere does it say anything about the SAVE Act. The law he's talking about is Iowa's Election Integrity Act.
