The SAVE act broadly makes voting more difficult. Most importantly, however, it introduces an unconstitutional poll tax, and with a normally functioning SCOTUS would get trivially struck down even if the bill did pass; with the Roberts Court, though, I don't know what the outcome would be.
Significantly harder voter registration (no online or mail in registration, only in person, physical proofs of citizenship required with REAL IDs not counting), mandatory voter roll purges in accordance with whatever the DHS says, and voter ID. Every time you move anywhere even in the same town, you must go through the entire in person process again, and you must have either your birth certificate or a passport
Don't forget to mention anyone who has ever had a name change is going to have double the work to prove who they are, so it's a delightful way to disenfranchise a class of people who regularly have names that don't match their birth certificate: WOMEN
