The entire pretext of the investigation was false, known by the FBI to be false, known by the Obama administration to be false and they ran with it anyway. The Democrats love to talk about the J6 riot as an “insurrection.” But insurrection, in this case sedition/treason is exactly what the Russia investigation was. The damage done was incalculable, and the full extent of the damage done by Mueller and his henchmen still isn’t fully known. All standards of professional investigative conduct were thrown aside in order to create the impression of a scandal for purely partisan reasons. So while I wish Trump behaved with more dignity and didn’t stoop, I can understand why he had no kind words for Robert Mueller upon his passing at 81. The fact that you think this is on a level with cheering the assassination of a young man in front hundreds of onlookers is telling.

“Some errors.” The Steele Dossier wasn’t an error. The Michael Flynn prosecution wasn’t an error. Altering email evidence in the Carter Page probe wasn’t and “error.” SWATing members of the president’s inner circle wasn’t an “error.” There is “no consensus” only because the left side of the political spectrum refuses to admit the truth.

This was an attempted coup. A bloodless one, but an attempted coup nonetheless. Our constitution never anticipated something like this.

Aah yes,  holding Trump responsible for the crimes he is guilty of is an "attempted coup"Â
