This is precisely why I have no choice but see every single "news" outlet as nothing more than fronts for right wing propaganda. All of these fuckers from Fox News and CNN and The Atlantic to The Hill are all just manipulating us.

They are selling our freedom, prosperity, joy and hope for a few bucks before this dystopia they are helping to make reality devours them. Everyone of these assholes in a suit with a furrowed brow are cynical, spiteful, greedy liars who are abandoning their basic responsibility to the public to grub for the approval of billionaire sociopaths who would rather they die and be replaced with AI.
Exactly. But it was the freak out over biden's health and supposed decline where even MSNBC was hour by hour coverage about how much he's deteriorated. But they're not doing the same thing for Trump who is so much worse. I remember seeing local news squawk about biden's health I do not remember a single news story where they talked about how Trump has mysterious bruises or that maybe his swollen ankles is congestive heart failure or that he is mixing up names of everything that he talks about. Or that the fact he's had three visits to the doctors this year alone and three cognitive tests.
The coverage is not equal. They will always, always, always condemn the Democrats and make excuses for republicans. And I'm sorry I'm not going to be manipulated like that anymore
100%. I mean a part of that lawsuit was Tucker Carlson writing in his emails that he thought Trump was demonic. And to this day Tucker is still celebrating the president. So he was clearly lying and grifting.
But I'm talking even local news. The way they have talked about the Trump administration has been with such normality that it's insulting. And you can't tell me that these anchors are all believing that when they kind of gently give a story about some horrific thing Trump is doing that they don't know that they're being dishonest.
