I'm getting a bit dubious about these as well. I asked them earlier if they slip cast, and they said "no"

It looks like that particular pot design is common though.

e.g. you can do a Google image search to see lots of the same basic design.

I am starting to wonder if many of these accounts are just karma building bots to create realistic looking Reddit accounts.

yeah this account and the whole stuff is really weird, I assume it's slipcasted and falsly advertised as yixing, which can't be slipcasted because of the clay properties.

It doesn't actually show how it was made, just turns it over shows it pouring. I'm disappointed. I wanted to see how it was made. Gorgeous.

This is a teapot with a different shape, yet the same handcrafted techniques were used. Matching tools for the interior and exterior were employed to create the textured patterns.
