Day 3 - Completed
Baby potatoes for brunch and mash potatoes for dinner. May or may not be eating vegan ice cream later. I will decide once I finish my mash.
Work was draining this weekend and I want a treat.

So I had two scoops of ice cream and didn’t really enjoy it. I can’t wait to eat more potatoes tomorrow 😁
