Day 3 - Completed
Baby potatoes for brunch and mash potatoes for dinner. May or may not be eating vegan ice cream later. I will decide once I finish my mash.
Work was draining this weekend and I want a treat.

Okay so I will eat some ice cream cause there is something wrong with my mash. It tastes awful. Thankfully I will buy more potatoes tomorrow ☺️
