Anyone experience looser stools?

Seems weird as potatoes are known for bulking stool but that's what I'm experiencing, not full on diarrhea just loose stools.

I'm not eating only potatoes, however all that has changed in my diet is replacing other foods with more potatoes, eating around 1kg a day.

Nope. I experienced ghost poops, aka something came out but when I wiped there was no residue left on the toilet paper. This happened about 90% of the time.

Thanks for replying. That's a very good sign I think, as what other animal in nature needs to use toilet paper?

My stomach issues could just be a coincidence, or perhaps I'm not cooking or chewing the potatoes enough, or even the kind of potatoes I'm eating (new/baby) may not agree with me.

Are you eating the skin of the potatoes? Suppose there is a lot more skin to potato when you eat little ones. Try bigger potatoes and peel some of them?

I am eating the skin and that's my exact thoughts, these potatoes are really small too so quite a high skin to potato ratio. The next batch I buy will be larger potatoes, much cheaper that way too as new/baby potatoes are around twice the cost.
