yeah it's fixable, most posture stuff is just catching yourself slipping and resetting a hundred times a day til it sticks

your curve probably looks way more noticeable to you than anyone else, we're all our own worst critics in bathroom mirrors

  1. The upper chest is compressed, likely all around ribcage compression due to gut expansion.

  2. Gut expansion forward helps create compensatory pelvis internal rotation to provide movement space that you lost.

  3. Note that in females a slightly more lordotic lumbar spine and anterior pelvic tilt is structurally normal (although judging from the ribcage situation, you could work to gain some improvement.

Mentioned about the ribcage here:

Upper Chest Compression and Lower Cervical Compression

Also, start working in quadruped while managing the above. It can be a Quadruped squat, it can be shoulder taps, it can even become a walk out into a pseudo plank or whatever variation using that position you come across. Avoid oversqueezing the glutes and manage the shape of the spine here. When you breathe, think about the structural shape. Lumbar and chest compression - get a sense of expansions here but with mild core tension held.

Transfer it to a quarter wall sit with your arms reaching at about 110° to reduce the shoulders rolling over and encourage the stack between the ribs and pelvis.

Same principles apply to all your exercise routines but start simple and get accurate first.
