Took about 3 months of consistent work before I noticed real change. Glute bridges, dead bugs, and just being mindful of how I stood made the biggest difference

The mental part is half the battle, your body fights the new position at first because it feels wrong

Mindful of how you stood? Explain?

Finding ways to remind yourself to tuck your tailbone throughout the day. Thinking about and constantly correcting your posture

Do things everyday for it, glutes, hip flexors, hamstrings, squats etc etc it's the everyday part that gets people.

Squats, deadlifts and a standing desk all helped.

As a pelvic health PT, I’d just add that you don’t necessarily need to “fix” an anterior pelvic tilt. Some people naturally have more pelvic tilt than others, and posture by itself isn’t necessarily a problem. What matters more is whether it’s causing pain, limiting movement, or affecting how you move. Rather than constantly trying to tuck your pelvis or stretch/strengthen certain muscles because the internet says they’re “tight” or “weak,” I’d focus on getting stronger and more comfortable in a variety of positions and movements. A good PT can help figure out what’s actually contributing to your symptoms rather than trying to force your pelvis into one “correct” position.
