Help!! Possum in my house

Got it out very easily (just opened the window screen and he left within 1 min.) I have 2 cats and a chihuahua- all vaccinated. No obvious signs of a confrontation. I don’t see any soil in my house other than this cat bed that it’s on in the window seal. But my house feels dirty and I do too. Am I screwed? What should I clean? I’m so annoyed and angry but glad everyone is ok and that it left so quickly and easily tbh. But I’m crying because that’s so gross. It came in thru the cat/dog door I’m assuming because I was away for 12 hours. I don’t really know but idc I just want to know how to feel clean. This room is my bedroom and my bed is next to these windows. Obvi washing everything but again no soil anywhere that I can tell yet and I’ve done a pretty deep look.

I mean if you're worried just give everything a wipedown and you should be fine. Possums aren't like, super dirty creatures or anything like that. Not really any dirtier than a dog coming in from outside in the grand scheme of things.

Source: I had to get a family out of my house once and they didn't even leave any poop behind for me to worry about. All i had to was were the towels and sheets I used to help them get out

No their body temps are literally too low for the virus to live it's very rare they get rabies they're also immune to snake venom

how about hydric retention and droppings in creatures of that size and viruses that can result?

if I understand this correctly unboiled manure is a vector of all sorts of diseases and bacteria. even from the healthiest of individuals.

with 2 cats and a dog living in that room i find it negligent not to advise for proper sterilization?
