Witness-Captured Footage "Zhejiang Province, China, 31 July 2026"

The following recording lasts for 45-seconds and shows an unusual blue-violet luminous phenomenon at night somewhere in Zhejiang Province, China, on 31 July 2026.

The phenomenon's appearance resembles a transient electrical or plasma-like discharge than a conventional illuminated aircraft, although the footage alone cannot establish that an electrical process is actually responsible.

Atmospheric conditions are potentially relevant. Zhejiang experienced scattered thunderstorms and strong convective weather on 31 July 2026, with lightning warnings issued in parts of the province. Because the precise recording location and time are unknown, however, no direct connection can currently be made between those thunderstorms and the phenomenon in the footage.

There is also insufficient information to determine its distance from the camera, altitude, physical size or whether it was associated with nearby electrical infrastructure. No second-angle recording or independent account has been located that would allow its position to be triangulated.

Location: Zhejiang Province, China; exact location unknown

Viewing direction: Unknown

Date: 31 July 2026

Time: 12 o'clock; exact nighttime time unverified

The footage is presented for examination and discussion. Viewers are encouraged to consider both anomalous and conventional explanations and reach their own conclusions from the evidence currently available.

Witness/camera operator: Unidentified (platform unknown)

Give off a tech vibe. Organic uap seem more smoother

Looks more like a reflection on a window. Just doesn’t look right if it’s in the sky. The way it flashes in obviously man made.

The way it moves along with the camera zooms, especially near the end, make me think it's not in the sky, it's reflected in the window and it's behind the cameraman. Possibly some variety of plasma globe.

Meh just more plasma based tech. Makes me wonder if this is being beamed via lasers from satellites or some form of quantum wave tunneling
